By engaging Pro Homes Renovations for any renovation, remodeling, installation or maintenance service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with our services.
Every project begins with a written contract detailing scope of work, materials, timeline, pricing and warranty terms. Both parties must sign the agreement before any work commences. Verbal commitments are not considered binding.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A 30% deposit is required to secure your project slot. Final payment is due upon project completion. Additional work outside the original scope will be quoted separately and requires written approval.
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on project scope. Unforeseen circumstances (weather, material delays, structural discoveries) may affect schedules. We commit to communicating any timeline changes promptly.
Clients must provide safe site access, clear work areas of personal belongings, secure pets, and notify us of any known hazards (asbestos, mold, electrical issues) before work begins.
Any modifications to the original scope require a written change order signed by both parties. Change orders may affect pricing and timeline accordingly.
Labor warranties range from 2 to 10 years depending on package selection. Material warranties are passed through from manufacturers. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, natural disasters or unauthorized modifications.
Clients may cancel within 3 business days of signing the agreement for a full deposit refund. Cancellations after work has commenced will be charged for completed work and materials procured.
Pro Homes Renovations carries $2 million liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damages, hidden defects, or items left in work zones. Clients are encouraged to remove valuables before project start.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Gold Beach, Oregon before pursuing litigation.
